The Billboard Hot 100

According to Billboard’s Hot 100 for the week of November 4th.

The above chart shows Billboard’s Hot 100 ranking for this week. The Hot 100 ranks songs based on a combination of streaming activity, radio airplay audience impressions, and sales data—all measured by Luminate.

Doja Cat holds the #2 spot, and only Drake’s “IDGAF” ft. Yeat from For All The Dogs stays in the Top 10, dropping from #4 last week. Gunna’s “fukumean” climbs from #11 to #10, and “First Person Shooter” drops from #8 to #13.

6 Unrelatable Kanye-isms Said by North West in Her Cover Debut

You can take Kanye out of the country, but you can’t take his blood out of his kids. North West made her cover debut for i-D Magazine, and the 10-year-old protĂ©gĂ© couldn’t be more like her father. Naming herself as her style icon for Kanyeism #1, the story is comedic proof of her direct bloodline to Kanye.

Her favorite song atm is Kanye’s “Through the Wire,” which is probably what inspired her Graduation bear Halloween costume that had all the OG Kanye fans teary-eyed.

North likes singing, but performing is her favorite. When asked if she thinks she gets that from her family, she responded, “Sometimes, mostly from me though. And then a little bit of my dad.” It’s the type of confident delulu answer Kanye would give if his family had decorated artists—Kanyeism #2.

The whole interview is an SNL skit waiting to happen of Who Said It: Kanye or North West. Enjoy her Kanyeisms #3—#6 below.

Do you like having your picture taken?

“Yes. Only when I want to, because ehhh, I don’t want to sometimes. But not by the paparazzi.”

What three words would you use to describe yourself?

“Umm... The Best Ever.”

Describe your life in three words...

Blessed, awesome, cool.

Now for the grand finale, when asked what she wants to be when she’s older, she said, “A rapper, a basketball player, and I’m going to make artwork that I sell. Also, one day I want to own Yeezy and SKIMS, and I want to be a business owner.”

The Kanye-sized aspirations had to have a dose of reality from her PR-trained mother, Kim Kardashian, so for relatability, she also threw in, “When I’m, like, thirteen, I want to walk dogs, to make money to buy art supplies, because everything around here is so expensive.”

Yes, North, the world is expensive, but I’m not convinced you’ll ever have to walk dogs to support your struggling artist life. Can’t wait until Saint, who frequently flips off the paparazzi, is old enough to make his cover debut.

Which of Kanye’s kids is the most like him?

Young Thug’s Lyrics For Evidence in YSL RICO Revealed & Misquoted by Prosecution

After months with no updates on Young Thug’s RICO case, the momentum is picking up again. Enough jurors have qualified to move to the next round of selection, and the state’s list of rap lyrics weaponized as evidence has been released.

Except, the list of 48 lyrics is riddled with mistakes ranging from attributing lyrics to the wrong song and incorrect release dates to quoting lyrics from rappers who aren’t involved in the case.

Was this a group project in the Georgia’s DA office? Have they ever heard of Genius lyrics? Because a high school student with internet access could have put together better citations.

For example, #9, "Act like you want war and they gon' smoke you like a blunt," was quoted as being on Young Thug’s "Slime Shit" from 2016, but it's actually from 2021’s "Bad Boy" by Juice WRLD and Thug. Somehow, they managed to correctly quote “Slime Shit” for #34 and #35.

Lyrics #15 to #17 cite the wrong release date for DJ ESCO’s “Who” ft. Thug and Future. It also cites partial lyrics not following the bar structure of the song, disregarding artistic integrity, which can disrupt the correct interpretation of the lyrics.

If the state had consulted Genuis, they might have included the “Hannah Montana” before “bangin’ in red bandanas, blatt, blatt,” for its slang reference to cocaine.

Lyric #41 incorrectly quotes Thug’s “Anybody” as “Ready for war like I’m Russia, I get all types of cash, I’m a general.” The correct lyric after “Russia” is “Latest Chanel for the luggage.” The “general” lyric is from the end of Thug’s first verse and should be quoted separately, but it’s less incriminating without the war reference.

Thug’s defense team will no doubt highlight these mistakes as jury selection moves forward. The approximate 50 qualified jurors will be further questioned by the prosecution and defense to eliminate the ones they deem “unfavorable” to determine the 12 final jurors and their alternates.

Do you think these Young Thug lyrics should be allowed as evidence?

Skilla Baby Reveals 6 Unexpected First Times

“These bitches icky, give me Vicky vibes / N***as Timmy odd, and they give me pick me vibes,” Skilla Baby raps in his hit song “Icky Vicky Vibes” like he’s the Chip Skylark of Fairly OddParents if the cartoon were R-rated and culturally diverse.

In the last year, the 25-year-old Detroit native has performed at Rolling Loud Miami, been brought out on stage by Lil Baby, released a collab album with Tee Grizzley, and secured features from G Herbo and Rylo Rodriguez.

He’s about to join Lil Tjay’s Beat The Odds tour and was just name-dropped in Jack Harlow’s new song teased on TikTok. What is it about the rising rapper that’s resulted in him collecting co-signs like infinity stones? The answer is in his name.

In the full interview below with RapTV, Skilla Baby reveals his six memorable firsts, how a parody of rapper Rob49 turned into their hit song “MAMA,” what gives him the ick, and why working with different artists is like traveling.
